Horrorable Management I purchased my 2006 Ram 1500 with no hassles. I felt so confident, I went back in 2015 and purchased a 2015 Ram 1500. Unfortunately I lost my truck due to fire damage and deemed a total loss. For the past 3 weeks I've been calling, attempting to reach a finance manager. I've had to drive to the dealership on a daily basis to try and get the necessary paperwork that was needed for my insurance company... literally! When I call and ask if "Lee or Jose is available" they never say let me check for you, instead they automatically transfer the call to an extension. Today I needed more information and decided to call again. When I called for one of the finance managers, I was placed on hold and no one came back on the line. While I was on hold I decided to drive down there while I was on hold. I get to the dealership and was escorted to Lee's office, where he was on his cell phone and he quickly ended the phone call. I stayed on hold until I got to talk to him face to face. He told me that he was never notified that he had a call holding. Please be aware! More

I was fortunate to be greeted by Miguel who was polite, professional and made me feel very welcome. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all of the technology the vehicle came with (I'm not very tech savvy). The entire process went smoothly and Miguel did everything that he could to get me the best deal possible. 2012 GC Overland Oil Change I have 3 Jeeps. Took my 2012 GC Overland in for an Oil Change Danny Nelson and Mike Hale came out to my vehicle before I could cut the engine off and I have 3 Jeeps.
