Service Manager is difficult to deal with Multiple times we have had to have Dodge service our truck, and multiple times we have had issues contacting the service department. We would be disc Multiple times we have had to have Dodge service our truck, and multiple times we have had issues contacting the service department. We would be disconnected, left voicemails, but no call backs. We have had to physically come to the store to get an appointment made. The service manager makes it hard to get our truck worked on due to lack of caring. He constantly puts us on hold, lazily clears our check engine light instead of fixing the issue, made us wait for a part to come in for a recall, only to find out there was no part needed to fix it. We have asked to speak to his manager multiple times but never get a call back. If you have a big truck and live in Cookeville, go to RLC. They have won our service and Dodge has lost ours. More

Buying a new car Well first we went to Knoxville Toyota, we were going to try small suv, but our car fob wasn’t working, bought new one so we asked two salesman not wo Well first we went to Knoxville Toyota, we were going to try small suv, but our car fob wasn’t working, bought new one so we asked two salesman not working with customers. They said we had to make appointment, we live in Crossville so we left. Next day we went to Cookeville and went to Cumberland Chrysler. We tried all the small suvs but only one had the features I wanted. Cody showed me the Toyota, not electric front seats, so he took us to Marcus who showed us the Jeeps and the Jeep Cherokee overland, didn’t have color, they called around and found one. Great service and great people. More
