Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we're sorry that you feel mislead about your last visit to Cumberland Toyota. We always try to be as clear as possible with our customers about the services they are receiving and what is included in their visits. Our team will certainly review their communication procedures to ensure that all customers are aware of the services they are paying for. Oil changes are at no charge through Toyota Care for the first 2 years / 25000 miles which ever comes first. With that said oil changes occur every 10000 mikes while tire rotations are scheduled every 5000 miles.
