Your recommendations are commission based. I was told he Shown a picture of the fiilter which I don't believe was the filter out of that car. I had just changed both the air filter and the cabin air filter after my previous oil change myself. Funny how the cabin air filter needed to be changed but the engine air filter was fine. I attempted to return the service mangers call 2 times after he left me a message but no answer. I will never bring any of my Toyotas back to your dealership.
