I bought a new Highlander Limited. It came with 2nd row captain chairs. Unfortunately, the leather was puckered on both seats. Service took a look at it and according them and Toyota, It came with 2nd row captain chairs. Unfortunately, the leather was puckered on both seats. Service took a look at it and according them and Toyota, the seats were “within tolerance”. How did flawed seats become “within tolerance”? The salesperson indicated all Highlanders have this issue so buyer beware. More

I recently purchased a used 4Runner from Cumberland Toyota. I felt like the dealership offered me a fair deal on the purchase and my trade-in without all the high pressure. I would give them a 5 star r Toyota. I felt like the dealership offered me a fair deal on the purchase and my trade-in without all the high pressure. I would give them a 5 star rating except they promised me 2 keys and key fobs for the new vehicle. However, after completing the transaction they could only find one. The dealership has now provided a 2nd key and key fob but it has taken several weeks and several phone calls/text to get what I was promised. Overall, a great experience except this one issue. More
