The people are courteous however there are long waiting times before they get your vehicle in the repair bay. Also not forthcoming as to what they did for repairs. Nothing shows up on the computer and they times before they get your vehicle in the repair bay. Also not forthcoming as to what they did for repairs. Nothing shows up on the computer and they say nothing they can do. Vehicles are too complicated and over computerized,making diagnostics impossible. The electronic transmissions are a sham and complete failure. And there seems to be nothing the dealer can do about it. More
Asked them to check hybrid battery fan filter and they didn’t want to do that. They also marked the cabin air filter in the yellow despite it being replaced by myself only three days prior to service. Mak didn’t want to do that. This center fixed window issue last year. Same problem with window happened again. Not covered under warranty and the work was only guaranteed for a year.
