Here’s the thing,since having the truck in for evaluation of the transmission,there has been a noticeable improvement in the shifting. This is after being told that no indication of shifting problems showed up on computer history. The only consequence is that that the gas mileage has dropped 3to5 miles to the gallon. This is based on driving on the same roads,same conditions. Once in a while at speeds between 40 to 50 miles an hour it may bump, but much less. Your mechanics did something because transmission holds better in same gear,especially in cruise. So whatever you did,helped. The bump and shudder transmission problem isn’t on your dealership,it’s Totally On Toyota
