There were multiple problems with my experience with the service center. I was not kept informed about things my vehicle needed, phone calls were not returned either by the person in the service department service center. I was not kept informed about things my vehicle needed, phone calls were not returned either by the person in the service department, or higher management after I phoned to express my concerns. It has dramatically changed my attitude about Toyota. We bought both vehicles new there, and I think we deserve better. I’m not speaking about the collision center, I am speaking about the service department where our oil was changed, etc. I’m now very sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Toyota to my friends. It is a true shame, because for years they provided such good service. More
