They told my parents that if they wanted to pay cash rather than finance, they would tack on an extra $2000 above MSRP. I requested a cash price breakdown on their website and there was no such charge. More

Please understand that our sales team had been transparent with your folks since day one. Our inventory does in fact fluctuate on a day-to-day basis, not just on a dealership level but on a regional level as well. With the shortage of vehicles in the market, most dealerships have added a price adjustment to their vehicles. If we are not mistaken your folks had intended on purchasing their vehicle from our dealership due to their local dealership having a much higher market adjustment.
