I had a pre-arranged appointment for a simple service (oil/filter change, rotate and balance) for 12:30 on 7/16/2021 and was checked in by 12:30. I was told the service would take up to 1 hr 15 minutes (oil/filter change, rotate and balance) for 12:30 on 7/16/2021 and was checked in by 12:30. I was told the service would take up to 1 hr 15 minutes to complete and let service know I would be waiting in their waiting room. This simple, no issues service was not completed until 3:30, an hour and 45 minutes beyond the stated completion time. Although the no issues service was completed satisfactorily, the excessive overage in service time was neither expected nor appreciated. I was told twice during the time overage period that the servicing "was almost finished." The 3-star rating for this service center would have been a 5 had the waiting period had been as promised/estimated. More

This is my second purchase from Roberta Love at Cumberland Toyota. Actually you could say 3rd purchase because the first time my wife and I both bought vehicles on the same day, a Tundra and a 4-ru Cumberland Toyota. I made an appointment, a week in advance, to have a couple things done to my truck. I arrived 30 minutes early - sit around and waited 3 1/2 hours, finally asked if they were almost done, that's when couple things done to my truck. I arrived 30 minutes early - sit around and waited 3 1/2 hours, finally asked if they were almost done, that's when I was informed that they hadn't even started and actually didn't have the parts needed and would need me to reschedule. To reschedule; since I live out of town, I would have to take another day off work I voiced my concerns to the service desk person and was told I would have to talk to Joby Allen. Called to speak with Joby Allen, had to leave a message, 4 days later and I have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed in the sorry customer service and will never recommend this place to anyone. If this is the kind of service or lack of; management may need to rethink the staff. More
