Vehicle repairs can be quite costly especially when it comes to luxury models such as a Lexus. Before our service technicians are able to service a vehicle they must first diagnose the issue regardless of what other locations/businesses say the issue may be, it's much like going to see a doctor for a second opinion. Our team of managers are aware of the situation and would be happy to give you a call if you feel that it would be helpful.

I went to Lexus of Knoxville this past week to have recall work done. They did a transaxle replacement and wiring harness repair for free. They also topped off all of my fluids for free, gave me a 2019 lexus RX350 loaner for free, washed and vacuumed my car for free, AND filled my gas tank for free. They stated their diagnostic fee is only $70- half the cost of your dealership. They are obviously in the business of customer service- and I will be sure to reflect how happy I am with their service in a review. I came to Cumberland Toyota not only for convenience, but also to help support local business. Unless you are offering a refund, there is no point in continuing this conversation further. It was a slightly expensive lesson for me to learn, but at least I didn't dish out almost $700 for a simple upstream o2 sensor replacement. I hope you treat subsequent customers more fairly. Good day.
