Service at Cumberland Toyota My vehicle was left with service people. Because I had been here in the past I expected excellent service in a timely fashion. My chariot was returned in a short time with excellent service completed. Travis Fitzpatrick told me what I needed to know concerning my vehicle and handed me the paperwork. He asked if I had any questions. There were no questions because Travis had answered them without my asking. Would I return to Cumberland Toyota again? Yes! More

Battery issue On Friday, 3/20/2020, at 2 PM, I was unable to start my Toyota Camry and noticed the low battery sign came up when I tried to start my car. I phoned A On Friday, 3/20/2020, at 2 PM, I was unable to start my Toyota Camry and noticed the low battery sign came up when I tried to start my car. I phoned AAA for assistance and was told that a local tow truck company would come to my location within the hour. After waiting anxiously for service over an hour, I phoned AAA again at 3:45 PM and was told the local tow truck had a break down and there was no one else available in the Cookeville area to help me; I was told to wait until the next day and call around 6:00 AM and AAA would start the entire process all over again. My mother notified Roberta Love at Cumberland Toyota; she told her service manager. Within a few minutes, the service manager came to our location and got the car started. They helped me get the car to Cumberland Toyota in Cookeville, TN where the battery was replaced. The service department, Joby, Dalton, and Jenny, were all wonderful and saved my day! Thanks again for awesome service. More
