I had good dealers in Texas but Cumberland seems to consistently meet my needs. John Felden sold me all my cars (Highlanders and RAV4) and all of the selling sessions have been smooth and productive. I generally do not like sales but John makes it easy. He is a total pro. I also like working with Gary Looper in Service. He knows his stuff and is willing to share and answer all my questions. More
