Great experience! I entered the dealership and was immediately greeted by friendly people. I'm always nervous buying a new vehicle (who isn't?) it's quite a commitment. I never felt pressured and was in and out WITH my great used vehicle within 2 hours!!! My salesman John Fielden was the bomb!!! He loves his job and it shows. Andy did my financing and got me a great rate as well. I only went to look but drove out in my new ride ?? More

Terrible Service Department I have had my Scion FRS in this service department 4 times now. Once with an appointment for an oil change that took 3 hours. So they didn't charge me I have had my Scion FRS in this service department 4 times now. Once with an appointment for an oil change that took 3 hours. So they didn't charge me for 3 hours of my time sitting and waiting on them. Once for another oil change, I asked about the tires, the technician said they were fine, 500 miles later, wires were fully exposed on all 4 tires on the inside. This last time was for a recall. I called and they said they'd call as soon as my parts were in and that it could be 7-10 days. 3 weeks later ifollowed up. I made an appointment to be turned away by the service department when I arrived (even after I received a text and an email to verify my appointment. Currently the service manager can tell me I shouldn't have been turned away, yet he still can't get the car in for another week. So an appointment was made that couldn't be followed through with. I'll never buy another Toyota simply because of this service department and their lack of attention to detail and customer service. More
