Brent Byers was the main factor for my return due to keeping me informed and my car maintained those eleven years. Visiting some dealerships you may enter healthy, happy, and in good spirits and come out confused, worn down and disillusioned by the process. Cumberland and John simplified the process. They treated me honestly and were straightforward and did not waste my time. Overall, I would say that I received a fair deal on the trade and the out the door cost on the new car was fair. Thank you Cumberland and John Fielden for dealing with me fairly, and thank John for his service to the U.S.A.
