USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE Salesman was reasonably nice, albeit uninformed. That's why he rated fair. Used 2010 300 Touring/Signature (Cool vanilla) had issues that either not Salesman was reasonably nice, albeit uninformed. That's why he rated fair. Used 2010 300 Touring/Signature (Cool vanilla) had issues that either not known, or not acknowledged. Found potential transmission issue, 4 rusted rotors (even though SUPERVISOR said they changed the front roots completely, alignment problems, rough idle (event thought they claimed to just perform tune-up), parking light out, etc. Even the detail job was lackluster....Most things could have been remedied by dealer, but they refused. Would not reduce price to adjust for private repair, or accept offer to fix themselves. I did my diligence on the car, they did not. They claimed their service department performed services that they clearly did NOT. Had pre-purchase from another auto shop, and they suggested to find another vehicle. This dealer dropped 1500 dollars even before the report, which makes one suspicious. I offered an option for purchasing even given the RED FLAGS, and they were not willing to agree any further. They will be content to find another "buyer"/"not informed" to pass this off. Stereotypical used car sales crap you even read about. Steer clear folks. New car sales are likely different...I would think. More
