I know he is very busy, but he always manages to take time to thoroughly answer all my questions when we're working on a deal, or if I just call with a question. The Service Department has also been very helpful over the years. A couple of times I was in a peculiar situation out on a long trip and called for clarification of a particular performance procedure on my Prius and they were immediately responsive. Also had occasion to use body shop for minor repair. Staff was cordial, prompt and very knowledgeable in expediting repairs rapidly and with perfect work. More
