Happy Customers with a new RAV! This is the second Toyota we've purchased at Cumberland Toyota. The experience both times was not difficult, but easy and comfortable. John Fielden This is the second Toyota we've purchased at Cumberland Toyota. The experience both times was not difficult, but easy and comfortable. John Fielden was our sales "gentleman" both times. What we especially appreciate is the time that John spent with us without rushing us. He always answered our questions honestly, and searched for additional information when it took more time. He let us take our time test driving, even taking certain vehicles out more than once, just to "be sure." That was comfortable. He gave us comparable information to review, ask about, and discuss privately between ourselves. Because this last vehicle has some advanced technology, John took the time, upon delivery of the vehicle, to teach us how to use the features, and even setting them for us. We never got the sense that John was seeing dollar signs when working with us, but instead, customers he wanted to satisfy the best way he could. God bless John Fielden! More

Upon visiting Cumberland Toyota, Sales Consultant Kirby Beverly immediately introduced himself and asked if we could use any assistance, which we accepted with some reservations at first. We discovered his knowledge of the vehicles and all of their features and nuances was extensive. His friendly, polite and attentive manners were unparalleled by the other competition in the city. After researching, examining and test driving several competitive vehicles, the 2016 RAV4 was a clear winner. Kirby introduced us to Sales Consultant Josh Lawson to finalize our purchase. Josh was able to track down a RAV4 with the exact color and options we wanted and had it promptly transferred to Cookeville from Indiana.
