Amazing experience from the nicest sales person i ever met. Let me just say in my adult life I have purchased several cars from Cumberland Toyota, some new and some used. My Family, spouse and kids and parents Let me just say in my adult life I have purchased several cars from Cumberland Toyota, some new and some used. My Family, spouse and kids and parents love the Toyota brand for its excellence. My last buying experience in 2013, left a rather sour taste and totally helped make the decision to never return to purchase from Cumberland Toyota in Cookeville. When recently deciding to purchase a new car, either a Camry or Corolla, my husband and I decided to stop at the lot on a Saturday night after closing to just pick out what I wanted before we would then go to Nashville to Rivergate or Beaman to make my purchase. John Fielden was leaving the dealership after closing and asked could he help us and I said no we are just looking and he said OK ill be inside for a few more minutes if I can assist you. Wow, no pressure at all just kindness. In about 15 minutes he came back out and said " Guys if you have any questions I can answer," So I asked and he spend 20 minutes with us after hours and was the nicest guy. I came back on Monday and drove one and then purchased on Tuesday. John was the reason. It was the best buying experience I had ever had. I still haven't forgot about my last experience but now I can at least put my faith back a place I once loved dealing with once again. I Love my new car and John is the best.
