Great experience We bought a Highlander Limited from Josh Lawson on a Friday night right before Cumberland was closing. We had been in Crossville, Tn on vacation when We bought a Highlander Limited from Josh Lawson on a Friday night right before Cumberland was closing. We had been in Crossville, Tn on vacation when we received notice that our 2008 Highlander had been totaled due to an accident a week earlier. On our way back to Alabama, we stopped at Cumberland to look at a Highlander I had found online. Josh was very professional and accommodating with our purchase on such short notice. We did not have the necessary papers with us to make the purchase, but Josh worked with us and made it happen. We were in and out of Cumberland Toyota in an hour. Josh had the trailer hitch added (on our request) and delivered the car to us in the next couple of days. This was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had and we highly recommend Josh Lawson. More
