Happy with Purchase, Great Experience We purchased a new Prius v from Cumberland Toyota. Brittany Coomer was our contact person until we met John John Fielden. John joined us on our first test drive but when we switched drivers he let us use the vehicle by ourselves. We wanted to leave and talk it over lunch, and took thenew car with us. We liked the car and went back. John explained all paper work to us and the already i e-mail given price was honored no ifs or well that is extra etc. Wayne Chaffin offered some extenden warranty options, but again no presssure to purchase them This was really a great experience I felt we all left with good feelngs from all sides. Kirby Beverly programmed the navigation communication system. From dreading the whole process to leaving the dealership witha happy ending, I can only say that Brittany and John were great to deal with. I have already recommendend Cumberland Totyota and of course Brittany and John to some of my friends. More

Glad I went to Cumberland Toyota Following the advice of children, as well as a grandchild, I decided to look for something that didn't use much fuel and didn't cost so much. I could not see the road ahead out of the first vehicle we checked out which was a regular car, so I looked for something that I could see out of as well as be seen by other drivers on the road. Mike McCoin spent practically his entire day raising the seats of every SUV on Cumberland's lot, except the Jeep and he didn't complain one time about this little old lady from the country. The next day I came back to see this salesman and drove home a Toyota FAV4. Great price, great vehicle, great salesman, and great experience. And I can see out of it and other drivers can see me.
