The service department always finds a way to say yes. Cumberland Toyota has been my car company since 2005 when I bought my Camry. That is such a good car that I gave it to my son in Minnesota. Fred Riddle is my current salesman although he has really been more of a guide. He knows cars and can explain features. Fred is a gentleman, no pressure, just help. Eric Grooms got just the car I wanted out of St. Louis. Josh Lawson and Adam Eldridge got paperwork done so sweetly. Brandon Hall talked with me when I was choosing and he came by to thank me when I got my car (he was there 11 years ago too). Brandon is a gracious man. In the time between Camry and beautiful new RAV4, the service department has kept me rolling and happy. Chad Jones, Gary Looper, and Brent Byers are an awesome team. I've had three encounters with Mark Dronebarger at the body shop. Mark has always made it look like "it never happened". Thank you! More
