Best Car Buying Experience Ever I went in wanting a 4-Runner, I have always wanted a 4-Runner. I was greeted by a sales person and we found a couple of 4-Runners. As we were lookin I went in wanting a 4-Runner, I have always wanted a 4-Runner. I was greeted by a sales person and we found a couple of 4-Runners. As we were looking I was telling Odell Braswell exactly what I was looking for in a SUV type vehicle. He just listened and let me look at my leisure. We looked at 2 different 4-Runners, a Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and a RAV4. I need lots on room in the cargo area as I transport dogs. I really didn't think the RAV4 was going to work. After getting key after key so that I could look at all the cars Odell got the RAV4 key and opened the hatched, I was surprised the inside opening was square, a crate or 2 would fit!!! I still didn't believe and asked him if we could compare it to my Pathfinder? He ran in and got the measuring tape and we measured the dimensions of ALL the vehicles I had asked about. We even looked in a mini van but I just could not do it. I never once felt pressured or rushed in any way. I returned the next day with my husband and we test drove 3 maybe 4 vehicles again no pressure and no rush. Odell was very knowledgeable of every vehicle we got in. It was decided we were most please with the RAV4. We were leaning towards the hybrid until it was noticed that the cargo area of the hybrid was not suitable for the space I needed. We went over ever option an detail of what was becoming my new car and a Toyota on top of it all. Everything was set and then we found out that there was not a match on the lot, we had to wait for it to come in. The wait seemed for ever but when the day arrived it was all forgotten. We were back and there sitting front and center was my New RAV4!! Filling out the paperwork, trading in my last brand new vehicle (2000 F-150) and getting a new one. The part of the process that always seems so overwhelming was totally relaxed. Odell got everything ready to head to finance after letting me log on to his computer as I forgot to print my current insurance card. We were off to finance, where Wayne Chaffin took great care of us, he did not pressure us to spend more or buy more than we wanted or needed. He took the time to explain the warranty's and everything went very smooth. Now with paperwork in hand it was off to get the RAV4, the service didn't stop there, we got a brief but thorough tutorial on the everything to get us rolling down the road and if we ever needed help just to stop by and they would tell us what to do. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend Cumberland Toyota to friends and family. Odell took very good care of us and got us everything we asked for with our trade in and in my new RAV4. More

Best vehicle buying experience ever. In all my fifty years of buying vehicles for myself, my wife, and my business fleet, this has been by far the best experience we have ever had.
