Being treated with respect, makes the expierence much more tolerable and enjoyable. I made a request online late Friday night, by Saturday morning Brittany and Roberta had contacted me and we discussed my options and ran my application. If I wasn't in a different time zone I would have came home in a new car Saturday. Instead I came to the dealership after work on Monday and was headed back home within a few hours. The staff here know how to please their customers, because of that they earn repeat business/customers. Anytime I'm in the market for a new vehicle Cumberland Toyota will be #1 on my radar. More

Used Vehicle Purchase My 18 year old daughter was shopping for her first car for a graduation gift. Mr. Booher assisted her and my wife in looking at vehicles and treated t My 18 year old daughter was shopping for her first car for a graduation gift. Mr. Booher assisted her and my wife in looking at vehicles and treated them courteously. They test drove a vehicle and when my daughter had one in mind she and my wife let me know her choice. I met with Mr. Booher a little later the same day and he assisted me with the vehicle. Low pressure sales, in fact I went inside to look for Mr. Booher. I did note one item with the vehicle and Mr. Booher had the service department check it out immediately. The following day I made arrangements to take the vehicle to my mechanic with no problems from the dealership. I was able to look at the vehicle while on the lift too so I knew exactly the condition of the vehicle we purchased. The next day I called Mr. Booher and with little information the transaction of trading my car and purchasing their car was very smooth and simple. This definitely was no pressure sales and I can say I enjoyed the experience from this dealership which I can not say of most car purchases I have made from other dealers.
