I will highly recommend everyone to go see John. He doesn't have to run back and forth to get approval, he does it all at his desk. Exceeded our expectations. We were called by our Cumberland Toyota salesperson with an offer to replace our leased 2014 Toyota Camry with a 2016 model as part of the company's P We were called by our Cumberland Toyota salesperson with an offer to replace our leased 2014 Toyota Camry with a 2016 model as part of the company's Presidents' Day Sale. We have dealt with the salesperson for more than 10 years. We discussed the option and texted a message back the next day that we were interested. Because of weather and other conflicts, we couldn't immediately make the trip from Fairfield Glade to Cookeville. No problem! The salesperson arranged for the new leased car to be delivered to our house with all of the paper work for us to sign, and the "old" car picked up and returned to the dealer. I think that qualifies as delighting the customer. We will continue our long relationship with Cumberland Toyota and Josh Lawson. More

I got my dream car at Cumberland Auto! I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and I'm glad I found it at Cumberland Auto. Once there, Roberta Love and Kyle Potter made the purchase easy and painless going out of their way to ensure I could drive off with my dream car. It was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. But the service didn't stop after the purchase. When I absent mindedly left some personal belongings at the dealership, they called me to inform me, and delivered it to me where I was eating dinner with my family so I would not have to return to the dealership. I cannot fully express my gratitude enough. I will be travelling another 4 hours to Cumberland Auto when it is time to purchase another vehicle for my wife. They have easily earned my business for life. More
