We returned that evening to find the vehicle in nearly the same condition that we left it and to the surprise of Matt and us. We had previously purchased multiple vehicles from Matt and Cumberland Toyota and was very satisfied with every aspect of each deal. We were confident with the minor adjustments that needed to be made that we would have made a deal. We left feeling frustrated and a deal was not made. Had the department put a little more effort into the task given, there would have been a sale and two happy customers. Instead we chose a different dealer and was able to get what we were looking for. Matt is a friendly and considerate salesman, it's a sad that the other employees in the different department were not motivated to their job! More

Then she took me to the sales manager, who was very nice and helpful. Josh (a real gentleman) completed the entry into the computer and told me when to expect to receive my new car.
