After we chose the vehicle (3rd model we drove and considered, an Avalon) that is where Paul really shines. I feel like he works for us, like it is his goal to not only put us in the best vehicle but to help us get it at the lowest rate possible. That's a good sales person, IMO, one that doesn't put crazy pressure on you but instead helps you come to a fair price and is in your corner. If you're thinking about a new Toyota trust me Cumberland is the absolute best in Middle Tn., since you're there ask for Paul Dean. He has helped us 2x now and we would not even consider purchasing from anyone else. More
