Purchasing a new Toyota I took my 93 year old Mom in to buy a new car. I can not even begin to tell you how patient and helpful our salesman, Fred Riddle, was. He spent at least six hours with her that day, including showing her several cars to select from, driving her to her home to make sure the new camry fit into her garrage, taking her out around her neighborhood for a test drive and explaining multiple times what all the controls were for, He even arranged for the sale of her "87" Toyota and walked her through all the paper work involved. It was a big and a bit confusing day for my Mom, but Fred's patience made the decision a much easier one for both of us. The finance and service people were pleasant and efficient as well. I have no doubt that she will be treated well when she takes it in for regular servicing. More
