Somewhat I really enjoyed my salesman and everyone was really nice when I purchased my vehicle a little over two months ago. I only have two complaints. Fi I really enjoyed my salesman and everyone was really nice when I purchased my vehicle a little over two months ago. I only have two complaints. First one is... the middle back seat belt had been cut or chewed almost into. They were supposed to order one to replace it and when I called to check on it, there was nothing in the system so they supposedly ordered it again. I am still waiting to get that fixed. Second one is...the vehicle had not been detailed when I bought it and they were going to get it back In. There were some stains on the seats they were going to try to put a stain on and there were a couple scratches they were going to see if they could get out. They have yet to get my vehicle back in to be detailed. So I am saying don't leave with the car you buy until they have done everything they said they would do. More

New Toyota Prius V We were returning from a visit to Lebanon and just stopped in to see what Cumberland Toyota had in the way of Prius V's'. We talked with Fred Ripple We were returning from a visit to Lebanon and just stopped in to see what Cumberland Toyota had in the way of Prius V's'. We talked with Fred Ripple and he was nice enough to explain what they had in inventory. We wound up purchasing a new 2015 Prius V and we are having some additions installed and hope to pick it up tomorrow 9/5/2015. This is our sixth Prius and we look forward to keeping it several years and working with Cumberland Toyota. More
