He was very patient with all of our crazy questions, concerns, and requests, and bent over backwards to help us choose the right car for us, without pushing us at all. Travis was excellent, but I have to also say that when we got to the finance guy (Wayne), our experience was not as good. He had us signing forms electronically without being able to read them first, and tried to sneak in a $600 gap insurance policy without asking us if we wanted it first. We only caught it because we read all the forms and questioned the charges. I understand he's just doing his job - but the system should be changed so the customer can read the forms BEFORE they sign, and the extra insurance should be clearly offered instead of snuck in as an "opt-out" program. More

I was greeted promptly by a nice young man who asked if he could get someone to help me & I told him I just wanted to look, which he allowed me to do. He asked me again & I told him yes...he asked if I'd dealt with anyone & I could only think of one name...but in the meantime I thought I recognized one salesman & he thought he did me as well. So he had gone in to check his files when he heard my name, & John Fielden made a sale today! He showed me all the aspects of my new car after it was detailed then told me he would either deliver it to me or one of his drivers would since the seats were going to be treated today. More
