Odell Braswell, our sales agent, did an excellent job of showing us a variety of cars, explaining the differences, and allowing us to reach our own decision. Then he made the buying experience as painless as possible. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and are happy with the choice. I would definitely recommend Odell to anyone looking for a new car. My wife and I actually had a good time with Josh and Brandon. They took our requests serious but kept the pressure off and made us feel like friends instead of adversaries. My wife will rarely participate in car buying but she was in it from start to finish. It sounds silly but we really did enjoy the process. Josh was understanding when we changed our mind about the type of vehicle we wanted. The dealership gave us available discounts without first trying to hide them, which has happened to us before. They didn't play around with pricing or try to persuade us to spend more than we wanted to. In fact, Josh told us that he wouldn't try to talk us into spending our money in a way we didn't want to. When I buy another new or used car I will certainly visit Cumberland again. More
