John Fielden went above and beyond to help get us into our new Camry! He doesn't call you 100 times bugging you to come back which is why we went back to him! Dealing with him is quick and easy, he gives you the best price quickly and doesn't play games. Felt as though we were dealing with the owner or something. He took the time to explain things to us about what to expect once the car was signed for. Best car buying experience we have ever had! The experience continues after you buy your car as well. He waited until we were done with finance to give us our keys and send us off at 10pm at night unlike most car sales guys, once they get the sale they vanish! He is already contacting us about getting the car serviced, sends reminders and goes above and beyond when we don't even ask him to nor does he have to.
