Mr Noseworthy was courteous, knowledgeable and assertive without being the type of aggressive salesman who makes me walk right out the door after deciding that I have made a mistake in visiting a pushy care dealer.ship in the first place . Such was not the case in this instance. He was helpful, knew the details of the automobile and fully cooperative in assisting me in my decision. Good Job! Keep this kid on staff if you want to sell more cars to older folks that don't cherish the bombardment of the typical car salesman and prefer a sensible adult sales approach instead. Mr.Chaffin was knowledgeable, well organized and very comfortable to deal with. Again, Good Job! Everything checked out so we proceeded into negotiations. Even though the car was at a very competitive market price, we were able to work out an even better deal with Ryan. He didn't have a ton of room to move, but negotiated for some oil changes, tires at cost, and a little bumper adjustment leftover from the previous owner. All expected things from a vehicle that's 5 years old. All in all, Ryan was very professional, easy to deal with, and best of all, got us through the purchase process without sucking up an entire day. More
