Service Department The sales staff is great but when it comes time to get through to the service department you might as well go over there! I've tried on and off for 4 The sales staff is great but when it comes time to get through to the service department you might as well go over there! I've tried on and off for 4 days (this is not the first time this has happened) to reach someone in the service department with no luck. Even though the voice message service associated with this department says they will call you back they don't. Am really disgusted with this type of service. I have since spoken to Brent,Service Mgr., and he advisedeven more help has been hired to correct these issues. I will be happy to re-rate them again once I've had my next experience but Brent is a great guy to work with and feel things will change to a more positive review More
