With all transactions I have been assisted by Josh Lawson. He is by far the most honest, sincerely interested in making the best deal possible and putting me in the vehicle that I want. My last two leases, I was able to trade for another brand new vehicle months before my lease was even up. This time all I had to do was call Josh and tell him that I really missed having an SUV - he said to give him just a few minutes and before I knew it, I had a text telling me Good News! He knows me so well after working with me over the last 5 years and I trust him so completely that I didn't even see my new RAV4 until after all of the paperwork was signed and I was ready to leave!! One phone call was all it took and I was told to come and get my new car. Paperwork was ready so it was a very short and sweet transaction. This is basically the same experience I've had every time. I highly recommend Cumberland Toyota and especially Josh Lawson. You won't find better customer service with such a high priority placed on overall customer satisfaction anywhere else.
