Car buying experience John was a pleasure to do business with. He was very patient with me. He gave me the feelink that i was talking with a friend. He wanted me to be comfortable with my choice of vehicle to buy. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles that I was looking at and answered any questions that I had. If he did not have the answer for me when I asked he would go and get the information from colleagues or information sheets. He did not shoot from the hip and give any wrong answers. He took time to sit in the vehicles explaining how everything worked. When it came time to buy the haggling process was painless. I told him that I needed to do my homework and that I would be back the following day to negotiate price and he was fine with that . He knew what he needed to sell the car & I knew what the fair price for the car should be and we came to an agreement painlessly. More

I had spoken with John Fielden about a month ago while having m After looking online for a used Prius, I saw a couple of interest @ Cumberland Toyota. I had spoken with John Fielden about a month ago while having my wife's car serviced there. He was very helpful in explaining the various trim levels available for a Prius, without any expectation of making a sale to me. My wife & I had been discussing trading vehicles for the last several days, so I searched online @ 3 or 4 dealerships to see what was available in a used Prius. We had purchased a new Camry from Cumberland Toyota a few years ago, and that was also a good experience. When I saw that they had a couple of vehicles that might work, I decided to check them out. I met Sales Manager Brandon Hall & asked for John Fielden when I arrived. John patiently allowed me to drive 2 different cars. I decided on the 2010 Prius III, which had most of the equipment I wanted. They appraised my vehicle, and I was pleased with the trade-in allowance, sales price, and the overall good deal. John was not pushy at all, but was friendly and extremely helpful. I sensed that he was looking out for me, trying to get the best deal for me that he could! Wayne Chaffin in Finance was quite helpful and very patient as I considered the options he presented. I was treated with respect by everyone with whom I interacted there, so I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I will be having both of my cars serviced @ Cumberland Toyota, as they are very helpful and seem to have done a good job each time I have been there.
