I had spoken with John Fielden about a month ago while having m After looking online for a used Prius, I saw a couple of interest @ Cumberland Toyota. I had spoken with John Fielden about a month ago while having my wife's car serviced there. He was very helpful in explaining the various trim levels available for a Prius, without any expectation of making a sale to me. My wife & I had been discussing trading vehicles for the last several days, so I searched online @ 3 or 4 dealerships to see what was available in a used Prius. We had purchased a new Camry from Cumberland Toyota a few years ago, and that was also a good experience. When I saw that they had a couple of vehicles that might work, I decided to check them out. I met Sales Manager Brandon Hall & asked for John Fielden when I arrived. John patiently allowed me to drive 2 different cars. I decided on the 2010 Prius III, which had most of the equipment I wanted. They appraised my vehicle, and I was pleased with the trade-in allowance, sales price, and the overall good deal. John was not pushy at all, but was friendly and extremely helpful. I sensed that he was looking out for me, trying to get the best deal for me that he could! Wayne Chaffin in Finance was quite helpful and very patient as I considered the options he presented. I was treated with respect by everyone with whom I interacted there, so I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I will be having both of my cars serviced @ Cumberland Toyota, as they are very helpful and seem to have done a good job each time I have been there.
