She promised us that her offer included everything but tax, tag, and title and said she could get us a Tacoma without the back seats at a reduced price, but when the truck arrived a few weeks later (without the back seats), she denied that she lowered the price. The customer service fee was not included in her price, either. When Eric Grooms, the sales manager, saw that we were actually charged for a truck with the back seats, he offered to refund a portion of the almost $2000 we overpaid. Our original negotiated discount was not included, so we were refunded only $303.60 "for overpayment". More

However, I recently traded my 2013 Prius V for a 2014 Prius V. My salesman is a friend that I have dealt with before. The dealership did not have the color Prius that I wanted but found one in Nashville. I was to pick up the car on Friday around 5:00 pm When I got to the dealership the car had not arrived but did arrive around 5:30 All of the necessary papers were being completed. I wanted the navigation system with other apps and remote start. I was told that this car had those features. Two friends were with me when I was told this. The salesman finished the paperwork about 5:55 and took them to the person who was to complete the sale and take my cash payment.(No Financing). Before I could complete the sale, the gentlemen said he had to leave that it was 6:00 and his shift was over. He said there was a fellow in another building that could finish the sale. Unfortunately I had a 6:15 appointment and didn't have time to go to another building. I had to return the next day(Saturday) to Finish the sale. I was from out of town and had to drive back to the dealership to pick up my car. After I drove off the lot, I later discovered that the car did not have remote start and the navigation system would work but noe of the apps would work because they would not work with an Iphone unless it was plugged in. It will work with the Android phone without hookup. My salesman was not aware of this. I had some very unkind words for the finance person who left before I could complete the deal. I don't if I will buy a 7th car from this dealership. Thank you, Charles Looper More
