Every single employee I came in contact with was wonderful. From the service dept to the auto body shop, and especially the Sales Team, everyone was helpful, friendly, polite and considerate. I feel FRED RIDDLE really went above and beyond what most people may believe to be just good customer service. All questions were answered to my satisfaction, in a timely manner. Any sales team ANYWHERE could learn much from Fred! I also purchased an extended warranty for my new 2014 Toyota RAV4 XLE from a very knowledgeable and personable guy -- Adam Eldridge. Again, another great guy! Kudos to the entire Cumberland Toyota family for making this car-buying experience one that I will gladly share with anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle! More
