Buying my first new truck was a breeze Ive been driving second hand vehicles for the past several years and i had decided the time had come to buy a brand new never been used vehicle I coul Ive been driving second hand vehicles for the past several years and i had decided the time had come to buy a brand new never been used vehicle I could call my own. I'd had my eyes on several trucks of different makes. So I decided to research them all, ask questions, test drives, etc...It was up in the air which make model to choose until I visited the Toyota dealership. I was immediately greeted by Brandon Davidson, who gave me a walk through of all the truck choices. I soon had my mind made up on a silver Tundra, however there were no silver tundras with the specs I wanted available on the lot. Brandon told me I shouldn't settle for a truck that isn't exactly what I want and that he'd do some research then call me in a few days. He called the very next day, said the silver tundra was on the lot, and that i could drive it home in 30 minutes. I bought it and drove it out of the lot in 25 minutes. Brandon made the purchase a breeze. He even helped me transfer everything I had in my old truck to the new one, including a heavy tool box. Brandon is the man! Its been 3 months since the buy and Im still very satisfied! Thanks More

When we bought the first vehicle 2 yrs ago we looked in Nashville and Murfreesboro, and we got a better deal in Cookeville at Cumberland Toyota. They didn't have the color of the Tacoma we wanted, and they went to Clarksville and got us one. Last month when we bought our 4Runner, they went to Kentucky to get the color I wanted. So if you don't see what you want on the lot, just look up Odell he will find you what your looking for. More

Friendly, Patient, Pressure-Free! I am probably one of the most picky car buyers. I had looked for months, shopping around, comparing makes/models, etc. and had several cars narrowed I am probably one of the most picky car buyers. I had looked for months, shopping around, comparing makes/models, etc. and had several cars narrowed down. We drove an hour (I live in Cleveland, TN) to visit Cumberland Auto, after searching their internet inventory with a list of what I was looking for and what I wanted to check out. Kirby Beverly was very friendly, extremely patient as I test drove car after car, probably 10 or more. Funny, that I walked away purchasing a Toyota Camry, what he had suggested I test drive first, but I had to go through my list. The Camry had everything I was looking for in a car! The no-pressure deal was one of the best experiences in car buying that I've had. I encourage anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle, to go see Kirby Beverly at Cumberland Auto!
