Though our goal is to maintenance and service vehicles in a timely manner, it sounds like your visit did not meet that expectation. We strive to offer a friendly, fast and affordable service experience to all of our guests and we apologize that we did not deliver on those expectations during your visit. We take all customer feedback seriously and are already looking at ways we can improve this process moving forward.
