I was disappointed as I already filled out a survey but I was upset that after I made it clear to the service dept lady that my vehicle was only there to get an oil change and not to touch my tires etc. I h was upset that after I made it clear to the service dept lady that my vehicle was only there to get an oil change and not to touch my tires etc. I had just left Firestone having my tires rotated and balanced not to mention having my front end alighnment done as I have lifetime on those services with Firestone. Well when the guy came and told me my vehicle was ready and the total was approximately $102. I immediately asked why he said well the oil change was like $63 and the other charge was for your tire rotation. I told him I didn’t order tire rotation nor was I paying for something I just left Firestone from them doing so he took the Difference off my bill. Now I am left with wondering if they just reversed what Firestone just did not 15 minutes earlier. Then they wrote my next oil change is due at 5000 miles which it should be at 10000 miles as I have synthetic oil ordered to be put in?? So I doubt I will hear back from this but here’s hoping you owe me a free oil change next time or a tire replacement if your people screwed this up! More

When I arrived, no one met me in the bay. Rather, I had to go find someone. When I did, they asked what I was there for and wrote it on a post it note while spelling my name wrong. The service advisor seemed almost bothered that I was there. Because of the real lack of customer facing competence, it leaves me to wonder about the level of competence of the actual techs. This dealership could learn a lot from Phillip Tarver in Lake Charles, LA. I’m pretty sure I would not have anything serious done at this dealership. More
Cumberland toyota’s website first attracted us to the dealership. It was easy to navigate, and we immediately found the car we were looking for, a 2023 Toyota Camry SE. The car appeared to have all of the options we needed. The sales representative Brandon Wacker was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. There was no haggling or dealership posturing. The purchase of the car was easy and there were no surprises. I had made a list of the options that I really wanted on a car, including a heated steering wheel, Smart key, and Blindspot monitors, among other things. This Camry had every item on my list. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Brandon spent a long time acquainting me with all of the features of the new Camry, including Apple car play, I would recommend Cumberland Toyota to friends and family. More
