We bought our Rav 4 from Cookeville back in 2020. We lived in a different area and used a different Toyota service center. We recently moved back home, I booked my service appointment at Cumberland Toyota Service Center. I have had three visits there since being back home. I have never had such rude and awful customer service. I extended my Toyota Care to 45,000 from the 25,000 that comes with the car. Cumberland rudely states I don’t have it every time I come in or book an appointment. My husband came to the dealership to be told he would have to pay to have my car serviced. I called to speak to a very RUDE lady regarding the issue after arguing with me that I didn’t have it, she finds but it never apologized. I rebook my service and they continue to be so rude to my husband stating we don’t have any extended Toyota Care and he would have to pay for the visit. After he continues to tell them we have the extended care, they still tell him he will pay for the visit. After finally having enough, they said they would just write the service off like they are doing us a favor although we paid close to $400 to extend our services through Toyota. We will not be back to this service center due to the unprofessional and rude service they give. They really need to work on their customer service because they have lost a loyal Toyota customer and their family from being back at Cumberland Toyota. More

Wish they had someone working the service center desk when vehicles arrive. There was no one there when I arrived and no sign telling me to go inside and check in. Most Toyota service centers have employ when vehicles arrive. There was no one there when I arrived and no sign telling me to go inside and check in. Most Toyota service centers have employees working the area at all times. I wasted a good amount of time waiting and when someone did walk by they didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help till they started to walk away. More
