Started in the collision Dept and ended up in Service. Had an accident Sept 29. 2021 with no body damage only tires, power steering unit, air bag and headliner. Was told all ; 4 tires had been replaced, Had an accident Sept 29. 2021 with no body damage only tires, power steering unit, air bag and headliner. Was told all ; 4 tires had been replaced, but we’re not. This was the only tire not replaced. This is the second time in two years requiring replacement due to the same deficiency in the tires. More
