Austin Parker was my guy, 5 stars. Awesome customer service. I was nervous buying my van, sight unseen from out of state. He is still helping me with questions I have. I didn’t like the hefty 5k markup on the msrp or the fact that I had to finance the van for six months before I can pay it off but they got me a new van in 6 weeks. Dealers in MN we’re telling me I had to wait 6-8 mos for a van up here. C’est la vie. More
