they made me pay for maintenance when i had a warranty told me they couldn’t find it. i brought it paperwork showing i had it and they still made me pay. after calling my original dealership they even tol told me they couldn’t find it. i brought it paperwork showing i had it and they still made me pay. after calling my original dealership they even told me it was right there in the computer. will never go back here and after talking with friends found out they have done this before. they only care about they money not their people. Well, I took my car in for an oil change according to the sticker they put on my windshield for an oil change. Well actually it turns out that half the oil changes I have scheduled were only tire rotation’s. sticker they put on my windshield for an oil change. Well actually it turns out that half the oil changes I have scheduled were only tire rotation’s. I didn’t realize this until at 35,000 miles they charged me 22.00. When I ask about my oil change they said they didn’t do that, an oil change is every 10,000 miles and that because a light come on every 5,000 miles to rotate your tires, they just use your oil change sticker to get you in there. . So while I was led to believe they were changing my oil and waiting 1-1/2 hours, half the time they only rotated my tires. which I can get free at Freeman tire where I buy tires. While I’m not a mechanic, I’m not an idiot. Be honest with your customers!!!! More
