I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Cumberland Toyota was so unbelievably bad, I can’t stay quiet. This was easily the worst customer service and dealership experience I’ve ever had — not just with Toyota, but with any company I’ve ever dealt with. Cumberland Toyota already has a reputation for being unreliable, overcharging, and neglecting their customers — and now I understand why. From the start, I was met with rudeness, condescension, and a complete lack of professionalism. I was insulted, talked down to, and treated as if I was stupid simply for asking questions about a warranty-covered issue. Rather than helping me or honoring the warranty, they gave me the runaround and flat-out refused to assist. It was clear they had no intention of helping unless it made them money. I was left feeling disrespected, unheard, and outraged. This experience has completely changed how I view Toyota as a brand. If this is how their dealerships operate, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Absolute disgrace. More
Jenny Furton and entire team was so awful to work with no one knew about my warranty wanted to charge me $1000 for my broke down 3 year old car! No warranty’s like they promise when you are signing to buy. W one knew about my warranty wanted to charge me $1000 for my broke down 3 year old car! No warranty’s like they promise when you are signing to buy. Wants to give you an oil change every 3000 miles then scold you for not getting them done there. Also wants to tow your vehicle from a repair shop to Toyota and charge another $180 to diagnose something that has already been previously. Go elsewhere! More
