Sorry for the confusion Tom. When the service advisor checked your past service history they discovered that you had been in for an oil change back in June when your Prius had 21000 miles on it. Toyotas recommended maintenance states that a Prius such as yours is due for an oil change every 10000 miles. At the time of your recent visit, your vehicle only had 26000 miles and therefore did not need an oil change. As far as the 1 hour and 15 minutes it took for the service to be completed we are constantly making changes to our processes to provide a better experience for all of our guests. Once again we do apologize for your recent visit and hope to see you again soon.
