Normally good. But this last visit was unbelievably horrible. After waiting 1 1/2 hours (usually about 45 mins) I went to service counter and was told my keys were But this last visit was unbelievably horrible. After waiting 1 1/2 hours (usually about 45 mins) I went to service counter and was told my keys were lost. WHAT! After looking in the lot and not finding my car, I was panicky. After another half hour of trying to find out what happened, I learned that it wasn’t my car but someone else’s car whose keys were lost. This almost 81 year old woman (me) was relieved but felt sorry for other person. They found my car and key fob. I paid my bill and couldn’t wait to get out of there. More

I waited 20 minutes to check my car in and give the service desk my keys. The attendants kept saying they would be with me shortly. I specifically told the attendant I had a slow leak in the right re service desk my keys. The attendants kept saying they would be with me shortly. I specifically told the attendant I had a slow leak in the right rear tire and for them to please check it. After my car was serviced nothing was said about fixing the leak in the tire. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork there was nothing about checking the leak. I assume the leak wasn’t fixed. More
