Excellent customer service! We just went in to look, it was our first day of getting our feet wet to see what cars are on the market now and we ended up going home with a Buick We just went in to look, it was our first day of getting our feet wet to see what cars are on the market now and we ended up going home with a Buick Envista. Alfonso and Connor were fantastic!! Alfonso was kind, knowledgeable and if he didn't have the answer or was unsure he put in the work and found out what we needed to know. Connor took the time to explain all our options about buying or leasing and what the financial end would be. They both took the time to get to know us a bit personally, they made us feel at ease and they were patient with my wife and I when we needed to discuss things. We felt at ease and not pressured at all to make a purchase, which is pleasantly refreshing for a dealership. Thank you Alfonso and Connor for being so wonderful!
