I easily found a convenient time slot, and I was able to see recommended service items I booked my appointment online using the Curtiss Ryan website. I easily found a convenient time slot, and I was able to see recommended service items for my particular situation. I added my choice of items to my service order and in about five minutes had finished booking my appointment. The actual appointment turned out to be quite easy as well. It was a very short wait to check in with a service manager, then a reasonable and relaxing time in a pleasant waiting area. After I was notified my car was ready it was less than ten minutes later that I was out the door and on my way. So easy! More

The service department, led by John Conte, who has always gone the extra yard to make sure customer satisfaction is primary, always finds and takes care of any problems with my car, no matter how small or large. You know the feeling when you dread having to take your car in for service. Well, I have never had that feeling with Curtiss Ryan, knowing the overall quality of care that they extend to me, the customer, and that whatever the problem, it will be corrected and resolved. Unexpected service visit After a recent doctor's appointment, my car, a 2016 CRV, wouldn't start. Just to confirm it probably was the battery I called the service center. Within 10 minutes a Honda servicemen were at my car to confirm it was the battery, jump start me and follow me to the dealership. My battery was tested, replaced and my car washed. I called AAA to tow my car to the Curtiss Ryan Honda Dealer down the street from my house just before 7 am. They looked at my car and found the new battery I had replaced back in Jan 2018 was no good. They replaced the battery at NO CHARGE and I was on my way home an hour and half later. Thanks John J.
